We have identified an issue where titles from the Transcendent ranking rewards are not being acquired.

The Transcendent ranking is calculated daily, and the rewards are sent via Letters. 

However, there is an issue where the titles are not being added to the inventory upon claiming the rewards from the Letters inventory.

We are currently identifying and fixing the issue and will ensure it is resolved promptly.

In addition, we will send the 'Asura Title' to everyone daily through letters until the issues is resolved so please make sure to claim it.

◇ Transcendent Ranking Title Acquisition Issue

Issue: Titles from the Transcendent ranking rewards are not being properly acquired when claimed from the Letters.

Developer's Action: Took Action during March 12 (Tue) Maintenance

Compensation: 'Asura Title' will be sent daily through letters until the issue is resolved (1-day validity).

We truly apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are committed to providing a more pleasant environment.
